Week 6-8 Term 1 2015

Students have been learning to trace, cut out and arrange shapes to create a picture. They are choosing appropriate materials and media and suggesting ideas about adding extra features. They are currently using these skills to create ANZAC Collage Soldiers.

Week 5 Term 1

This week in Art the students used paper craft skills to create a poppy bunting to display with their fingerprint poppies for ANZAC Day. The heading for this project was Lest We Forget.

Week 2-4 of Term 1 2015

This term in Year 1/2 the students have been learning about ANZAC Day and discussing the 100th Anniversary of Gallipoli on the 25th of April.  The students are currently working on creating fingerprint poppies.
